Ingredients
- 30 ml SALERS Gentiane Liqueur - 16%
- 20 ml SALERS Gin - 40%
- 15 ml VEDRENNE Rose Syrup
- 40 ml lychee juice
- egg white
- rose petals
Method
- Shake and strain all the ingredients.
- Pour into a coupette glass.
- Garnish with a rose petal.
