Ingredients
- 30 ml SALERS Gentiane Liqueur - 25%
- 10 ml VEDRENNE Blackberry Liqueur - 15%
- 20 ml Prickly pear puree
- 10 ml lemon juice
- smoked thyme
Method
- Shake all the ingredients.
- Double strain into a coupette glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of smoked thyme.
