Ingredients

  • 30 ml SALERS Gentiane Liqueur - 25%
  • 10 ml VEDRENNE Blackberry Liqueur - 15%
  • 20 ml Prickly pear puree
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • smoked thyme

Method

  • Shake all the ingredients.
  • Double strain into a coupette glass. 
  • Garnish with a sprig of smoked thyme.
