EXPRESSO MACCHIATO

Ingredients

  • 20 ml Vedrenne Almond Syrup
  • 50 ml pouring cream (18% fat)
  • 50 ml full-fat milk
  • 1 double espresso
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • icing sugar

Method

  • Pour the cream, milk and Almond Syrup into a jug.
  • Foam using the steam nozzle of an espresso machine.
  • Leave to stand for a moment.
  • Brew a double espresso into a glass.
  • Gently spoon the orgeat cream over the espresso.
  • Decorate as desired.
