SALTED CARAMEL MOKA
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SALTED CARAMEL :
- 200 ml pouring cream
- 150 g caster sugar
- 150 ml VEDRENNE Salted Caramel Syrup
- 75 g salted butter
INGREDIENTS FOR THE MOKA :
- 200 ml full-fat milk
- 1 espresso
- chocolate coulis
- 40 ml of salted butter caramel
Method
- Pour 40 ml of VEDRENNE Salted Caramel Syrup in a glass.
- Pour the milk into a jug and foam it using the steam nozzle of an espresso machine. Spoon the milk foam over the salted butter caramel base.
- Brew an espresso , let it cool for a moment, then pour it into the middle of the glass.
- For a decorative finish, use a brush to make the Latte Art motif of your choice with the salted butter caramel and the chocolate coulis.
