SALTED CARAMEL MOKA

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SALTED CARAMEL : 

  • 200 ml pouring cream 
  • 150 g caster sugar 
  • 150 ml VEDRENNE Salted Caramel Syrup 
  • 75 g salted butter 

INGREDIENTS FOR THE MOKA : 

  • 200 ml full-fat milk 
  • 1 espresso 
  • chocolate coulis
  • 40 ml of salted butter caramel

Method

  • Pour 40 ml of VEDRENNE Salted Caramel Syrup in a glass.
  • Pour the milk into a jug and foam it using the steam nozzle of an espresso machine. Spoon the milk foam over the salted butter caramel base. 
  • Brew an espresso , let it cool for a moment, then pour it into the middle of the glass. 
  • For a decorative finish, use a brush to make the Latte Art motif of your choice with the salted butter caramel and the chocolate coulis.
