SPARKLING BASIL LEMONADE

Ingredients

  • 20 ml VEDRENNE Basil Syrup
  • 5 ml VEDRENNE Lemon Syrup 
  • 5 ml VEDRENNE Mint Syrup 
  • 1 l sparkling water
  • Lemon slices
  • Basil leaves

Method

  • Infuse basil leaves in a 1l water pitcher for 8 hours.
  • Use a soda machine to carbonate the infusion.
  • Pour into a highball glass, gently add the VEDRENNE Basil Syrup so that it settles in the bottom of the glass. 
  • Gently add the VEDRENNE Green Mint Syrup, Lemon Syrup and fresh lemon juice. 
  • Finish with a few slices of lemon, fresh basil and fresh mint leaves.
