SPARKLING BASIL LEMONADE
Ingredients
- 20 ml VEDRENNE Basil Syrup
- 5 ml VEDRENNE Lemon Syrup
- 5 ml VEDRENNE Mint Syrup
- 1 l sparkling water
- Lemon slices
- Basil leaves
Method
- Infuse basil leaves in a 1l water pitcher for 8 hours.
- Use a soda machine to carbonate the infusion.
- Pour into a highball glass, gently add the VEDRENNE Basil Syrup so that it settles in the bottom of the glass.
- Gently add the VEDRENNE Green Mint Syrup, Lemon Syrup and fresh lemon juice.
- Finish with a few slices of lemon, fresh basil and fresh mint leaves.
