- 45 ml gin
- 25 ml lime juice
- 10 ml VEDRENNE Supercassis - 20%
- 10 ml VEDRENNE Rose Liqueur - 18%
- 2 dashes lavender bitter
- 20 ml egg white
Method
- Shake all the ingredients.
- Strain into a pre-iced cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
