TROPICAL FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 125 ml mango purée 
  • 60 ml VEDRENNE Mango Syrup
  • ice cubes 
  • 1 fresh strawberry 

Method

  • Cut the strawberries in fine slices.
  • Place the slices around the inside of a highball glass (hald-way up) to make a strawberry crown. 
  • Put the mango purée, VEDRENNE Passion Fruits Syrup and ice cubes in a blender. 
  • Blend to obtain a completely smooth, uniform texture. Pour into the glass to cover the strawberries.
