TROPICAL FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 125 ml mango purée
- 60 ml VEDRENNE Mango Syrup
- ice cubes
- 1 fresh strawberry
Method
- Cut the strawberries in fine slices.
- Place the slices around the inside of a highball glass (hald-way up) to make a strawberry crown.
- Put the mango purée, VEDRENNE Passion Fruits Syrup and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend to obtain a completely smooth, uniform texture. Pour into the glass to cover the strawberries.
