SLUSHY RAINBOW
Ingredients
- 300 g Crushed ice
- 50 ml VEDRENNE Lemon Syrup
- 50 ml VEDRENNE Raspberry Syrup
- 50 ml VEDRENNE Kiwi Syrup
- 50 ml VEDRENNE Blue Curaçao Syrup
Method
- In a pitcher, mix 50 g of crushed ice with the VEDRENNE Raspberry Syrup, and spoon into a glass.
- Repeat with the other syrups (Lemon, Blue Curaçao, Kiwi, etc.) to obtain a multi-coloured slushy.
- A manual ice crusher works very well, and allows you to make crushed ice on demand, without any waste, and to add the VEDRENNE Syrup of your choice.
- It also means you can let the customer choose their Slushy flavours.
