GREEN TEA WITH BASIL, GINGER AND LEMON

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 lemon
  • 20 ml VEDRENNE Basil Syrup
  • 5 ml VEDRENNE Green Mint Syrup
  • 5 ml VEDRENNE Lemon Syrup
  • 1 l water

Method

  • Infuse the fresh basil leaves in a 1-litre jug of water for 8 hours.
  • Fill the soda machine container with the basil infusion.
  • Inject with CO2 three or four times. Pour into a highball glass, gently add the basil Syrup so that it settles in the bottom of the glass.
  • Gently add the Green Mint Syrup, Lemon Syrup and fresh lemon juice.
  • Finish with a few slices of lemon, fresh basil and fresh mint leaves.
