GREEN ON THE ROCKS
Ingredients
- 50 ml white rum
- 50 ml PAGÈS Verveine du Velay Liqueur - 55%
- 22,5 ml lime juice
- 12,5 ml VEDRENNE Green Mint Syrup
- sparkling water
Method
- Shake all the ingredients.
- Strain into an ice-filled high ball.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a burnt rosemary.
