GREEN ON THE ROCKS

Ingredients

  • 50 ml white rum
  • 50 ml PAGÈS Verveine du Velay Liqueur - 55%
  • 22,5 ml lime juice
  • 12,5 ml VEDRENNE Green Mint Syrup
  • sparkling water

Method

  • Shake all the ingredients.
  • Strain into an ice-filled high ball. 
  • Top up with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a burnt rosemary.
