Ingredients

  • 45 ml IZARRA Yellow Liqueur - 40%
  • 15 ml VEDRENNE Green Apple Liqueur - 18%
  • 65 ml apple juice
  • 15 ml home made artichoke leaf syrup
  • 25 ml verjuice
  • white pepper
  • dried apple

Method

  • Shake all ingredients.
  • Strain into a rock glass with ice cubes.
  • Decorate.
