Ingredients

  • 45 ml IZARRA Green Liqueur - 40%
  • 10 ml VEDRENNE Chestnut Liqueur - 18%
  • 51 ml macerated cherries juice
  • 10 ml VEDRENNE Chocolate Syrup
  • 15 ml verjuice
  • 3 dashes of cherry bitter
  • Dried Cerberus Cherry & red chilli pepper
  • 74% dark chocolate chips

Method

  • Shake all ingredients.
  • Pour into a highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Decorate.
