Ingredients

  • 12.5 ml VEDRENNE Cinnamon Syrup 
  • 7.5 ml VEDRENNE Lemon Squash Syrup
  • 7.5 ml honey 
  • 60 ml orange juice 
  • fresh ginger 
  • fresh mint 
  • house spices 

Method

  • In a small saucepan, add VEDRENNE Cinnamon Syrup, VEDRENNE Lemon Squash Syrup, orange juice, honey and spices. 
  • Cut the fresh ginger and add it into the pan. 
  • Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring regularly, until heated through. 
  • Removed it from the heat and strain it to remove the ginger slices. 
  • Pour the hot mixture into a cognac glass. 
  • Decorate with a slice of orange and fresh mint leaves.
