Ingredients

  • 45 ml Lapsang Souchong-infused Cognac
  • 15 ml Le Birlou Liqueur - 18%
  • 15 ml Maurin Quina - 16%
  • 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters

Method

  • Infuse a Lapsang Souchong tea bag in 50 cl of Cognac for 2 hours.
  • Prepare in a mixing glass, strain, and pour into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
