AURITHAN
Ingredients
- 45 ml Lapsang Souchong-infused Cognac
- 15 ml Le Birlou Liqueur - 18%
- 15 ml Maurin Quina - 16%
- 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
Method
- Infuse a Lapsang Souchong tea bag in 50 cl of Cognac for 2 hours.
- Prepare in a mixing glass, strain, and pour into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
