SPICED TONIC FUSION
Ingredients
- 30 ml SALERS Gentiane Liqueur - 16%
- 20 ml Homemade Curry/Cloves Syrup
- 10 ml Lemon Juice
- 50 ml London Essence Roasted Pineapple Tonic
- Dehydrated Pineapple
- Clove
Method
- To prepare the homemade syrup, heat ½ teaspoon of curry, 10 cloves, and 2 teaspoons of sugar in water until boiling. Let it cool down and then strain everything.
- Add all the ingredients to a cobbler glass, then garnish it with a slice of dehydrated pineapple and a clove.
