SPICED TONIC FUSION

Ingredients

  • 30 ml SALERS Gentiane Liqueur - 16%
  • 20 ml Homemade Curry/Cloves Syrup
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice
  • 50 ml London Essence Roasted Pineapple Tonic
  • Dehydrated Pineapple
  • Clove

Method

  • To prepare the homemade syrup, heat ½ teaspoon of curry, 10 cloves, and 2 teaspoons of sugar in water until boiling. Let it cool down and then strain everything.
  • Add all the ingredients to a cobbler glass, then garnish it with a slice of dehydrated pineapple and a clove.
