Ingredients

  • 10 ml SALERS Gentiane Liqueur - 25%
  • 30 ml Spiced Rhum
  • 15 ml VEDRENNE Marasquin Liqueur - 25%
  • 15 ml VEDRENNE Pear Liqueur - 18%
  • 3 dashes of cardamom bitter
  • Dehydrated pear

Method

  • Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass.
  • Mix and pour into an old-fashioned glass. 
  • Garnish with a slice of dehydrated pear.
