Ingredients
- 40 ml PAULET Pear Cognac Liqueur
- 30 ml PAULET VS Cognac
- 2 dashes Angostura
- 20 ml lime juice
- 60 ml verjus
- 15 ml agave syrup
Method
- Shake all ingredients
- Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass.
