Ingredients

  • 40 ml PAULET Pear Cognac Liqueur
  • 30 ml PAULET VS Cognac
  • 2 dashes Angostura
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 60 ml verjus
  • 15 ml agave syrup

Method

  • Shake all ingredients
  • Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass.
