BIJOU
Ingredients
- 25 ml IZARRA 48 Liqueur
- 20 ml SALERS Gin
- 25 ml VEDRENNE Apricot Liqueur
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
Method
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry.
