NITRO COFFEE
Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS OF THE COFFEE SYRUP :
- 100 ml VEDRENNE Sugar Cane Syrup
- 100 ml cold brew coffee
- INGREDIENTS OF THE NITRO COFFEE :
- 20 ml of the “Coffee Syrup” recipe
- 250 ml Nitro coffee
- Ice cubes
Method
- PREPARATION OF THE COFFEE SYRUP :
- Reduce the VEDRENNE Sugar Cane Syrup and coffee over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
- PREPARATION OF THE NITRO COFFEE :
- Nitro coffee is cold brew coffee to which nitrogen has beenadded, giving it a natural creaminess and sweetness. It also enables up to 60% reduction in acidity, and releases very little bitterness. It can be served straight from the tap but is even tastier with Vedrenne Coffee Syrup.
- Put the Coffee Syrup in a glass, add a few ice cubes and add Nitro coffee from the tap.
