BASIL SMASH
Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml Acquafaba
- 25 ml VEDRENNE Basil Syrup
- 25 ml lime juice
- 1 dash of Angostura bitter
Method
- Shake all the ingredients.
- Strain and serve into an ice-filled high ball glass.
- Add some crushed ice.
- Wipe the glass rim with fresh basil leaves before pooring the cocktail.
