COCONUT MILKSHAKE
Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS WHIPPED CREAM :
- 400 ml cream (35% fat)
- 50 ml VEDRENNE Coconut Syrup
- INGREDIENTS MILKSHAKE :
- 60 ml VEDRENNE Coconut Syrup
- 50 ml coconut cream
- coconut powder
- toasted sweet-savoury
- coconut petals
- 8 ice cubes
Method
- PREPARATION WHIPPED CREAM
- Pour the cream into a syphon, add 50 ml of VEDRENNE Coconut Syrup.
- Shake well, add a gas cartridge, shake again, add a second gas cartridge and shake again.
- PREPARATION MILKSHAKE
- Place the coconut cream, the VEDRENNE Coconut Syrup and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend to obtain a completely cmooth, uniform texture.
- Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream.
