COCONUT MILKSHAKE

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS WHIPPED CREAM :
  • 400 ml cream (35% fat)
  • 50 ml VEDRENNE Coconut Syrup
  • INGREDIENTS MILKSHAKE :
  • 60 ml VEDRENNE Coconut Syrup
  • 50 ml coconut cream
  • coconut powder
  • toasted sweet-savoury
  • coconut petals
  • 8 ice cubes

Method

  • PREPARATION WHIPPED CREAM
  • Pour the cream into a syphon, add 50 ml of VEDRENNE Coconut Syrup. 
  • Shake well, add a gas cartridge, shake again, add a second gas cartridge and shake again. 

  • PREPARATION MILKSHAKE
  • Place the coconut cream, the VEDRENNE Coconut Syrup and ice cubes in a blender. 
  • Blend to obtain a completely cmooth, uniform texture. 
  • Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream.
