IZARRA SOUR

Ingredients

  • 60 ml IZARRA Yellow Liqueur - 40%
  • 30 ml yellow lemon juice
  • 30 ml egg white or aquafaba
  • 4 dashes of Angostura bitter
  • 1 star anise

Method

Shake all the ingredients together. 

Double strain in large wine glass filled with ice. 

Decorate with a star anise.
