IZARRA SOUR
Ingredients
- 60 ml IZARRA Yellow Liqueur - 40%
- 30 ml yellow lemon juice
- 30 ml egg white or aquafaba
- 4 dashes of Angostura bitter
- 1 star anise
Method
Shake all the ingredients together.
Double strain in large wine glass filled with ice.
Decorate with a star anise.
